Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You pay nothing when you place an order — neither the full amount nor a deposit.
How and when do I pay?
On delivery, cash on delivery via Nova Poshta — at a branch or to the courier. You inspect the parcel first, then pay.
Why are prices in euros?
We buy our pieces abroad, so the base price is in euros. The amount in hryvnia at today's official NBU rate is always shown next to it.
Which exchange rate applies to my order?
The official NBU rate at the moment you place the order. The hryvnia amount is fixed in the order and does not change, even if the rate moves before delivery. It is the same amount you see after ordering and receive by SMS.
How long will I wait?
About 3 weeks in total from order to delivery: purchase abroad, the journey to Ukraine and delivery by Nova Poshta.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until our confirmation call — without explanation and with no obligation. The order goes to the supplier only after you confirm it.
What if I don't confirm the order?
If an order is not confirmed within 48 hours, it is cancelled automatically. You owe nothing and can order again at any time.
Are the diamonds real?
Yes, they are diamonds — grown in a laboratory rather than mined. In composition, hardness and brilliance it is the same stone; the difference is origin and price.
