Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You pay nothing when you place an order — neither the full amount nor a deposit.
How and when do I pay?
On delivery, to the courier. You inspect the piece first, then pay.
Why are prices in euros?
Our base prices are set in euros. Every price is shown first in UAE dirhams at the current Central Bank of the UAE rate, with the euro price below it.
Which exchange rate applies to my order?
The Central Bank of the UAE rate at the moment you place the order. The dirham amount is fixed in the order and does not change, even if the rate moves before delivery. It is the same amount you see right after ordering, and the one you pay on delivery.
How long will I wait?
14–21 days in total from order to delivery: we buy the piece for your order, send you a video of it, and a courier brings it to your door anywhere in the UAE.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until we have bought the piece — message us and we will cancel the order without explanation and with no obligation.
I don't know my size. What should I do?
Each product page has a “Size guide” explaining how to measure your finger, wrist or chain length. If you are unsure, tap “I don't know my size”: you can message us on WhatsApp, or order without a size — a manager will message you and help you choose before the piece is bought.
Can I return a piece after I receive it?
Jewellery of proper quality is not exchanged or returned. This is exactly why every piece comes with a size guide and help choosing the size, and we send you a video of your own piece before it ships: you decide before it arrives. If a piece has a manufacturing defect or does not match its description, write to us and we will sort it out.
Are the diamonds real?
Yes, they are diamonds — grown in a laboratory rather than mined. In composition, hardness and brilliance it is the same stone; the difference is origin and price.
