How an order works
You place an order
No prepayment. You confirm your phone number with a code from an SMS — that is all this step requires.
We call within a day
We check the size and details, answer your questions and confirm the order. Until that call you owe nothing and can withdraw without explanation.
We buy the piece abroad
The order goes to the supplier only after your confirmation — we do not hold stock and do not sell what we have not seen.
We send a video of your own piece
As soon as the piece is in our hands, we film it and send it to you. Not a catalog photo — the very piece that will travel to you.
The piece travels to Ukraine
At every stage of the route we tell you where it is. You are not left without news between the order and the parcel.
You receive it and pay
By Nova Poshta — to a branch or by courier to your address. You inspect the parcel and pay on receipt, cash on delivery.
From order to delivery takes about 3 weeks in total.
What the pieces are made of
- Gold, not plating
- Every piece is solid gold, 585 (14K) or 750 (18K). This is not plating, not a filled layer and not a medical alloy: the metal is the same all the way through and does not wear off over time.
- Lab-grown diamonds
- The diamonds in our pieces are grown in a laboratory, not mined. In chemical composition, hardness and brilliance it is the same diamond — telling them apart requires specialist equipment. The difference is origin, and price: a grown stone costs several times less than a mined one of the same quality. We say so plainly, because you should know what you are buying.
