How an order works
You place an order
No prepayment. You leave your name, phone number and where to deliver — that is all this step requires.
Your order goes straight into work
There are no confirmation calls: you choose the size on the product page. Don't know yours? Tap “I don't know my size” and a manager will message you. Questions — write to us on Telegram.
We buy the piece abroad
We do not hold stock and do not sell what we have not seen: every piece is bought for a specific order.
We send a video of your own piece
As soon as the piece is in our hands, we film it and send it to you. Not a catalog photo — the very piece that will travel to you.
The piece travels to Ukraine
At every stage of the route we tell you where it is. You are not left without news between the order and the parcel.
You receive it and pay
By Nova Poshta — to a branch or by courier to your address. You inspect the parcel and pay on receipt, cash on delivery.
From order to delivery takes about 3 weeks in total.
What the pieces are made of
- Gold, not plating
- Every piece is solid gold, 750 (18K). This is not plating, not a filled layer and not a medical alloy: the metal is the same all the way through and does not wear off over time.
- Lab-grown diamonds
- The diamonds in our pieces are grown in a laboratory, not mined. In chemical composition, hardness and brilliance it is the same diamond — telling them apart requires specialist equipment. The difference is origin, and price: a grown stone costs several times less than a mined one of the same quality. We say so plainly, because you should know what you are buying.
- Malachite
- A mineral of rich green with a pattern of concentric bands and swirls. Every stone has its own pattern, so no two malachite pieces are identical: the pattern and shade may differ a little from the photo. The stone is soft, so keep it away from knocks and household chemicals.
- Onyx
- A banded variety of chalcedony, most often black in jewelry. The stone is smooth, with a deep even color. As with any natural mineral, small details differ from one piece to the next.
- Carnelian
- A chalcedony in warm shades from orange to reddish brown. Every stone has its own color, so on your piece it may differ slightly from the photo. That is why we send you a video of your piece before shipping.
- Agate
- A chalcedony with a deep, even color — in our pieces a rich blue. Every stone has its own shade and pattern, so on your piece they may differ slightly from the photo. Agate is hard and takes a fine polish, but knocks and household chemicals do it no good.
- Mother-of-pearl
- The natural inner layer of a seashell, with a soft iridescent sheen. The glow shifts with the light and the angle, and every plate has its own pattern. Mother-of-pearl is delicate: keep it away from knocks, perfume and household chemicals.
